If you are on this web page, then you have already completed a Writ of Garnishment once before on your case.   Now you would like to do a second Writ of Garnishment on the same case.    Or a third, fourth, fifth and so on.

Previous Clients:  If we prepared your previous Writ of Garnishment, then we have all your information on file.   Just read this page then send us an email request with the following information:

  • The total amount you have received on the claim from date of Judgment.
  • Confirm the correct service location of the employer.  If an Oregon bank, then we will find the address.
  • Make sure we have your current address and phone number.
  • The amount of interest you would like to add.

First Time Clients:  If we did not prepare your previous Writ of Garnishment, then email us a copy of the following:

  • The last Debt Calculation Form.
  • The last Writ of Garnishment Form.
  • The total amount you have received on the claim from date of Judgment.
  • Make sure we have your current address and phone number.
  • Defendant’s last known address and phone number.
  • The amount of interest you would like to add.
  • You will need to send pre-payment to PI Services to start the process.  The fee is $125 for a local Writ of Garnishment.  You will not need to send pre-payment if you are a local Oregon Company, who has an account with out office.

After you send us an email we will take care of all of the following: 

  • Review a Judge signed copy of the court judgment.
  • Preparing all the necessary Writ of Garnishment forms (10 pages total);
  • Sending the writ to an Oregon Attorney to review and issue the writ of garnishment.;
  • Make all the necessary copies.
  • Serve the Writ of Garnishment at the place of employment or banking institution by a professional Process Server, who is insurred as required by OR law;
  • Prepare a proof of service according to the Court rules, including proof of mailing.
  • Mail all the necessary copies to the defendant.
  • File the necessary paperwork with the Court.
  • Send copies of the Writ of Garnishment packet, and Proof of Service to our client.

Clients must pre-pay before we start work on your case.   Only companies we have a history working with can request an invoice.  The fee is $125 for a local Writ of Garnishment.  If the Garnishment is to be served outside the local area, additional service fees of $5 to $20 may apply.  See our process serving page for details.

Bank Garnishment Only: The bank will require a $15. check payable to the bank, to process the garnishment.  The check for the bank will need to be attached to the garnishment before can be served on the bank.  All fees will be added to the Garnishment.  If you are doing a bank garnishment you will need to send PI Services the check for the bank or request we advance you the bank fee.
